Returns & Exchanges

Unworn and undamaged items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase (45 days for exchanges). Items must be in their original, unworn condition and returned in the original protective packaging.

Email hello@sprucemenswear.shop with your order number and request for a return.
Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday) and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest collection point.
Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

For exchanges, for step #1 email hello@sprucemenswear.shop with your order number and details of the item you'd like to exchange for (include the item name, color, and size). Any difference in price will either be credited or, if the exchanged item is of higher value, we will send an invoice for the difference. Once the exchanged good is received and inspected, we will process and ship the new item within 7-10 days.

Care Notes

Spruce trees live a long time - take good care of your clothes so they do too.

Please follow the care instructions on garment care tags (also included on website product pages) to ensure your items retain their feel and fit.

For most fabrics, washing in hot water will cause shrinkage and over time wear down the item. The same thing goes for tumble drying on high heat - that's why we recommend always tumble drying on the lowest heat setting for any dryer-friendly items.

In terms of air drying, for sweaters and other knit items (ie. Linen Crewneck, merino sweaters) it is strongly recommended to dry flat on a towel- using a hanger will stretch the knit out of its natural shape. For woven garments (ie. denim shirts, pullovers, Stretch Linen Polo), go ahead and hang dry.
