We offer free ground shipping & returns on all US orders. Expedited shipping (UPS Ground) is also available at checkout at customer's expense.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order confirmation. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and returned in the original protective packaging.

2. Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday) and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
3. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest collection point.
4. Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchange must be initiated within 45 days of order confirmation. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and returned in the original protective packaging.

2. Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday) and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

4. New items will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of exchanged items.

Spruce trees live a long time - take good care of your clothes so they do too.

Please follow the care instructions on garment care tags and on our product pages where we are able to include more detailed care notes.

For most fabrics, washing in hot water will cause shrinkage and over time wear down the item. The same thing goes for tumble drying on high heat, which will shrink the majority of fabrics out there. For all dryer-friendly items, we strongly recommend using the lowest heat setting.  

For sweaters and knits, use gentle cycle on cold setting with like color items. Placing items individually in a mesh laundry bag also helps to minimize the chance of damage from the machine. To dry, lay flat on a towel—pro tip: cover with another towel to expedite the process.

While clothes have a finite lifespan, sometimes things happen during manufacturing and imperfections occur. If our product doesn’t reasonably hold up, reach out and we will exchange it for a new one or for store credit to put towards another item on the site.
